The best church leader is a team. At Iglesia Bautista Maranatha, we’re blessed with an outstanding group of dedicated believers who love Jesus and who conduct services, run events and keep our church community on a clear spiritual path.

Manuel Martinez

Lead Pastor

Manuel is the Lead Pastor and has been serving here at Maranatha since March of 2014. He formerly served as the student minister for nine years. He and his wife Elizabeth have one child - Manny.

Grew up in this church and community and have a love for people that flows from a heart that loves God and desires to see people grow in grace and knowledge of Christ and for my Savior, Jesus Christ.

Pastor Manuel is currently working on a BA in Biblical Studies from College of Biblical Studies.

David Garcia

Worship Leader

David has been attending Maranatha since 2005. In 2010, he was humbled to accept the role of Worship leader. David's life stays busy leading worship and also leading the Youth at Maranatha. His joy is found in being a servant of Christ which allows him to raise and mentor the next generation of leaders and students in the knowledge and love for the Lord.

David started playing when he was 11 years old. He plays the guitar both acoustic and electric, bass, piano, and drums. His favorite instrument is guitar. His dedication to praise and worship stems from leading the church in one spirit to the throne of our King. Maranatha is a warm inviting church that has become his second home and favorite place to spend time.
